For any action to happen, it has to be pre-qualified by an intent.
An intent has to be pre – qualified by a desire.
The “content of the intent” then becomes the driving force to convert the desire into a “specific type of action” .
A desire arising out of the mind because of “Emotions and feelings” will never yield satisfactory results. This is because of the expectation that the desire has of the result. It is a simple case of “putting the cart before the horse’.
Because of this process of rejecting the result, fresh desires are born. This chain of Desire – Action – Result will never end. This is the cause for misery.
A desire arising out of your “consciousness” will always be harmonious in nature. The result from the actions obtained thus will be readily accepted by you. You will have no reason to generate fresh desires.
Conclusion : Do not make hasty decisions and act on them. Allow your inner self to approve and support your actions.
You will thank yourself for the wait. The result will be a learning. This learning will contribute to your wisdom.
